This exercise works the obliques, rectus abdominals and your core!
Sit on the sand at a 45-degree angle with your knees bent and feet flat on the beach.
Contracting your abs, twist slowly from your torso to your right pause and then smoothly twist your torso back to the center position.
Twist and proceed to the other side.

This exercise body weight exercise builds both upper-body (chest, shoulders and arms) and core strength.
Start in all fours plank position with hands slightly wider than your shoulders.
Contract your abs and slowly bend your elbows, lowering the torso to the sand.
Contract chest muscles and push back up through your hands, returning to the starting plank position.

This exercise is a plyometric exercise designed to help work your leg muscles, strengthen your core, and improve your cardio
Prepare to jump by bending your knees in deep lunge position and lean forward and contract your core muscles.
Explosively launch your body upward, springing feet into the air and fully extending one leg straight and bring the other into the chest.
Land in the same lunge starting position.
Repeat x10 on one side and then x10 on the other.
